Full rental price is charged
Cancel for free and receive a full refund of all payments made. If you used a voucher for your booking, the refund is limited to the voucher value.
The full rental price (including extras) is charged. However, you'll receive a 50% cancellation voucher valid for a future booking. No cash refund is available for the remaining 50%.
The full rental price including all extras is payable with no refund or voucher available. We recommend trip insurance for last-minute changes.
50% of the total rental price is due within 5 days of booking confirmation.
Due 60 days before your rental start date. If booking within 60 days of pickup, full payment is required immediately.
€1,000 is collected at the start of your rental and returned after vehicle inspection (minus any applicable charges).
To cancel your booking, please contact us via email at hello@wildgoatride.com or WhatsApp. Include your booking reference number and the primary driver's name.
Note: This page provides a simplified summary of our cancellation policy. The signed Rental Agreement is the binding document. If any wording differs between this summary and the Agreement, the Agreement prevails.
